Covid-19 Safety:
We’re making sure physical distancing is followed during your visit. We have safety measures and signage to encourage appropriate separation between our guests and employees. All employees and customers are required to wear a mask.
Ensuring We Play Safe:
If you are not feeling well and haven’t felt well within the past 72 hours we are asking that you re-book your event. Please remember to always wash your hands for a minimum of 20 seconds. Cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing, and please remember social distancing (stay 6 feet apart).
Birthday Party / Meeting Rooms:
We will limit the capacity of each party room and sanitize between uses.
Our Vests and Lasers:
Each vest and laser will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use.
Briefing Procedure:
Our briefing procedure ensures physical distancing is followed.
Arcade Games:
Arcade games will be sanitized between uses when possible.
Supporting our Team:
The health of each employee is assessed before starting their shift and they will wear a face mask.
Increased Cleaning Procedures:
We care about maintaining a healthy and safe environment for our Customers and Crew. We have additional cleaning processes in place. Each employee has been trained how to properly and thoroughly clean high touch surface including; lasers, vests, video games, and party rooms.
Scorecard Distribution:
We encourage you to register for the LaserMaxx APP For IOS or LaserMaxx APP For Android. Your code name will be automatically uploaded with the scan of your QR code. If you are not able to download the app, rest assured scorecard distribution will be delivered in a manner that ensures social distancing is respected.
